Is it safe to order online?

Yes, buying on is completely safe. The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology is used to encrypt potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and any other critically sensitive information like your credit card details.

We do not retain/keep your credit card numbers in any database on our servers. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it. Your encrypted credit card number is securely transmitted to the payment gateway, at which point it is authenticated and charged. We get notified of the authorization when the order is processed. Your credit card number is not retained on our servers.

Do you keep my credit card information?

No. We do not keep/store credit card information on our servers.

When will I be charged for my order?

If your payment is authorized, the full amount of your order will be taken at time of placing your order, and an email will be dispatched confirming that your order has been successful.

Are products on your site authentic?

Bikinis and More only carries and sells authentic merchandise and purchased directly from the brand or manufacturers.

Where are the size charts?

We provide the brand-specific size charts through the product page. If you have any question please feel free to contact us by email or chat.

What are your business hours?

Our customer service business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (Eastern Standard Time, GMT-5). Our office is closed on weekends and national holidays.

Can I use more than one promotion code on an order?

Only one promotion code can be applied per order.

How do I update my account information?

You can update your personal information, including your billing and shipping address by clicking on the 'Log In' link at the top right corner of the page. Sign in with your username and password, and follow appropriate links to make the changes you desire. Please note that Ship To addresses cannot be changed after an order has been processed.

Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after being placed.

If you cancel your order, you can get a Store Credit for the same amount in your account within 2 - 3 business days or you can request a refund which may take up to 10 - 15 business days.
