How does the shipping process work?
All orders are subject to security verification prior to shipment. We dispatch your order the next business day after you complete your purchase on our website.
From where do you ship?
Our Warehouse is located in Panama City, Panama which gives us a privileged position for worldwide shipping!
My order has shipped but I still can't track it. Where is it?
Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please contact us so we assist you.
Will I be charged additional duties and taxes?
Depending on your country products may be subject to duties and additional taxes. These additional taxes are the sole responsibility of the client.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Please note that by law, we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents - no exceptions are made.
My order has not arrived yet, what should i do?
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help. Before getting in contact with us, have you tried:
1. Checking the tracking link via your confirmation email to view the up to date tracking. Checking your order details to check we have the correct Ship To address for your order and your contact details are correct.
2. Checking if you have a text message, email or attempted delivery card/note from one of our carriers.
My package is lost, what should I do?
Please email email@example.com with your name and order number and we will assist you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link that will lead you directly to the package tracker. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam and promotions folders.
What is your return policy?
We accept unused items bought from this website in new condition with tags and liners attached within 15 days of purchase.
Once your return has been received at the warehouse and inspected you will receive store credit or a full refund.
Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and any sanitary protection labels in place.
We do not accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed, laundered, or damaged in any way. Items received in such condition will be rejected and, disposed of or returned to the client. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment, and forfeit all claims.
Please note for all returns all shipping fees, customs and/or duties any other such fees are responsibility of the client.
All items on our sale section are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit unless your items are damaged upon receiving them, or they are not the correct product(s) you ordered.

so we can assist you.
Are returns free?
At the moment returns are not free. All shipping fees, customs and/or duties any other such fees are responsibility of the client.
Can I return sale items?
All items purchased from our sale section are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Feel free to reach out to email@example.com before placing your order with any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric so that we can ensure you love your purchase.
Are shipping charges refunded when I return an item?
No, shipping charges are not refunded.
What if i received damaged or defective goods?
While we are committed to selling great products, packages undergo several quality checks before being shipped to you.
If you receive damaged or defective goods please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will work to correct the problem as quick as possible.
